Role of the President:
An experienced individual, either a co-owner, the spouse of a co-owner, or a representative of a co-owner, who is well-acquainted with the Declaration of Co-ownership and the bylaws and regulations. As a long-term resident, the president acts on behalf of the co-owners. They ensure that board members respect and enforce the Declaration and regulations. The president advises both the board and co-owners when needs or issues arise. Their primary mission is to represent the interests of co-owners to the board. The president may act as a mediator or intermediary during disputes or differences of opinion between the administration and co-owners. They chair the Annual General Meeting of co-owners and may attend board meetings as an observer.
