Following the 2024 General Assembly, the community gave the board a clear mandate to move forward and sign an agreement with Bell Canada to build and install a full fibre network directly to every unit.

We’re thrilled to announce — it’s now a reality!

In collaboration with Bell, its partners, the administration, and the co-owners, we completed the largest residential fibre optic build in the region for 2024, connecting 324 homes with direct-to-unit fibre. This brings 6GHz Wi-Fi and lightning-fast speeds of up to 1.5 Gbps. Our community centre was also connected, ensuring fast, reliable internet access for events and shared activities.

This scalable, fully meshed fibre network ensures that our community stays on the cutting edge of connectivity for years to come.

As of May 2025, the service is officially available to all co-owners, and is now included as part of your condo fees.
